We are looking for an in-house lead generation specialist who is comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for targeting, expanding and managing the company’s prospecting database. Professional listening skills are critical to the success of this position in addition to a pleasant personality as there is a high level of cold calling and phone communication. This position serves as the first initial contact with the potential client, therefore, identifying who the most appropriate decision maker of the company is the first step. Once the lead is identified, it is passed along to our sales team and they take it from there.

Basic Requirements Include:

* Cold calling and feed leads to the sales organization
* Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Window
* Strong telephone and typing skills
* Solid oral and written communication skills
* Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify key decision makers
* Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
* Active listening skills and highly organized
* Solid research skills
* Perseverance, confidence and a high level of professionalism a must
* Some statistical analysis

Job Requirements:
This job requires an associates degree and 4 years of experience.
