This is a working supervisor position responsible for working with a staff of 3 to oversee final inspection, packaging and shipment of product.

Key duties include managing product flow, coaching and managing employees and overseeing process improvement.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a production environment. Ideal candidate is team-oriented and able to learn processes and computer applications quickly.
