Small, family owned and operated Adult Foster Care & Assisted Living Facility; SonShine Village has an immediate opening for a Live-in Resident Assistant/Caregiver. Generous salary based on number of residents, from $750 - $1200 per month and 2 days off per week. Bonus package for referals to facility as part of benifits package. Perfect for single women, or small family. Facility and house is located on 5 private acres. Living area includes up to one master bedroom with private bath, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and shared use of the kitchen, dining and living room. Storage barn available too. All utilities included in agreement including basic cable, home phone, trash removal, lawn care, etc. Beautiful home and owners will be updating interior this year. Must be able to pass state background check and fingerprinting. Must have equivalent experience in assisted living environment. CPR/First Aid certified required, CMH training or equal training preferred. Must have current TB test results or ability to obtain them. Daily activities include, meal prep, medication dispensing as trained, light housekeeping, and activity interaction with residents. Our home is licensed for 12, but currently has 9 elderly residents, 7 ladies and 2 men. Environment is fun, relaxed, clean, and a family type setting. Please email your resume for consideration.
