Job description:
Individual will make Marketing & professional telephone calls to various companies for potential employment opportunities. Must really like making "Business" calls and able to communicate with persons on all levels. YOUR UPDATED AND INFORMED RESUME WILL SHOW YOUR DETAIL, CREATIVENESS AND THE ABILITY TO THINK ON YOUR OWN THROUGH YOUR OWN PROCESSES. Can either work off a Job Order we receive or from applicants who are looking for career enhancements, This is commission work and will need someone with great motivational skills and ambition. We work mainly in Banking/Legal/Accounting and some Administrative categories. Also looking to expand into other fields. Will do research, pre-screen, and evaluate individuals. Excellent follow up work is required. Person MUST be Sales oriented and able to maintain professional mannerism. Will pre-screen individuals for professional opportunites in various fields in Michigan. Commission structure with Bonus program. Experience in "Cold" calling with comprehensive skills required. Work environment is comfortable.

This job requires some college education and 2 years of experience.
Additional requirements:
Business background a MUST !!! Will be expanding to include two individuals that can work with minimum supervision. There is a training period. Economy has taken its toll but I beleive its time to start a new. Placements take about 3 to 6 weeks sometimes longer. Should be financially stable dur this period. I have over 30 years of experience in placement with employment agencies in Michigan. Sometimes Phone reps, collectors, marketers can adapt more quicker. You MUST like being curious and wanting to learn new fields. Individual must have Excellent phone skills; Ability to converse with Employers on all levels. Quick thinking; Must be familar with Commissions. First year potential $35-40,000.00. Individual will be given target goals. . APPOINTMENTS ONLY !!
